Time and attendance, staff scheduling and payroll integration at health-system scale. I spent three and a half years as a lead consultant operating these systems in production at a large health system — the scheduling, the payroll interfaces, the timeclock fleets, and the week-to-week reality of getting people paid correctly.
Many organizations are still carrying aging workforce suites that are expensive to run and painful to change. Shirouz LLC is a one-person practice. You work directly with me: I scope the engagement, I do the work, and I am the person you call when something breaks at 2am.
The practice is grounded in a production estate I design, run and recover myself — multi-node Kubernetes across three sites, GitOps delivery, a private registry, secrets management, single sign-on, metrics and logs, restores tested rather than assumed, and AI agents automating real operational work. What I recommend is what I operate.
Before founding Shirouz, I spent three and a half years as a lead consultant on workforce management technology at a large health system. That is why the healthcare specialization runs as deep as it does.
